Who We Are
Little Achievers Daycare got its start in Lutz in 2023 by Kimberly Hull. We decided to do things a bit differently at Little Achievers by creating a space that fosters early learning in a fun and safe environment, where children from birth to 6 years of age can explore the world around them, regardless of their ability or learning styles.
We believe our innovative approach gives every child a bright and positive start in life, as we encourage both exploration and discovery as well as emotional intelligence and building friendships.
A Message from our Director:
“My name is Tresha Brown-Coli and I have been in Early Childhood Education for 16 years. Throughout my years, I have had the pleasure of coordinating and creating a nurturing and warm learning environment for children of all age groups.
I am a holder of a Director's Credential from the National Institute of Child Care Management. I have also retrieved my (CDA) Child Development Associates in Early Childhood Education and I am CPR/First Aid Certified.
I understand the importance of creating an amazing work culture for my staff. I strongly believe that if you have happy staff… You will have happy children."”

Our Rooms
Our Infant Room is a warm and nurturing environment designed to support your baby's early development while ensuring they feel safe and loved. With our experienced and caring team, we focus on creating meaningful experiences that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Key features of the Infant Room include daily tummy time to strengthen core muscles and aid in reaching developmental milestones, and activities that encourage sitting up and self-feeding to build independence and fine motor skills. We also introduce basic sign language, helping infants develop early communication skills and reduce frustration as they learn to express their needs. Every aspect of the room is thoughtfully designed to create a calm, stimulating space where your baby can explore, grow, and thrive at their own pace.
Our Toddler Room is designed to meet the unique needs of curious and energetic toddlers, providing a safe and engaging environment where they can explore, learn, and grow. With the guidance of our nurturing team, we help your little one build confidence and independence through age-appropriate activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Key focuses in the Toddler Room include supporting early potty training with a gentle, encouraging approach tailored to each child’s readiness. We also promote hands-on learning through sensory play, early problem-solving activities, and group interactions that teach sharing, turn-taking, and empathy. From improving their fine motor skills with creative art projects to strengthening gross motor development through active play, our toddlers are constantly engaged in meaningful learning experiences that set the stage for future milestones.
The Twos Room is where your child's growing independence takes center stage, with a focus on helping them build important life skills and preparing them for preschool. Our caring team is here to guide and encourage your little one every step of the way, fostering a love for learning and exploration in a structured, yet fun environment.
Potty training is a core focus in the Twos Room, and we work with parents to ensure a consistent approach that helps each child succeed. Alongside this, we emphasize early communication skills through storytime, songs, and interactive discussions that expand their vocabulary and boost their confidence in expressing themselves. Social development is nurtured through group activities and cooperative play, while hands-on learning opportunities, such as puzzles, block building, and imaginative play, support critical thinking and creativity. With a balance of routine, exploration, and individualized attention, the Twos Room provides the perfect environment for your child to thrive and build a strong foundation for the next stage of their early education journey.
Our Preschool Room is a lively and engaging space where little ones gain the skills and confidence they need for the next stage of learning. With potty training mastered, we focus on early literacy through storytime and phonics, basic math with counting games, and creativity through art and sensory play.
Social skills are nurtured with group activities and cooperative play, while independence is encouraged through self-help tasks like tidying up and making choices during play.Through exploration, hands-on learning, and plenty of encouragement, our Preschool Room helps children build a strong foundation for kindergarten and beyond.
Our VPK Room prepares pre-kindergarteners for a seamless transition to elementary school with a focus on essential skills like writing and spelling their names, fine motor activities like scissor cutting, and fun STEM projects to spark curiosity.
We also bring the outdoors in with gardening projects that teach responsibility and teamwork.Social-emotional growth is fostered through group discussions and role-playing, while academic and creative activities help your child develop confidence and independence. The VPK Room is a vibrant and nurturing space where children thrive and get ready for kindergarten success!
