Teacher
We’re currently hiring Teachers who are passionate about early childhood education and ready to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with VPK standards
Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
Observe and assess children’s progress using formal and informal tools
Maintain accurate documentation of learning and milestones
Communicate regularly with families about student development
Work collaboratively with your team to create a strong, supportive learning community
Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and cleanliness
Qualifications
CDA certification, state-approved Early Childhood Education certificate, or a related degree
Experience working in a classroom setting with preschool or VPK-aged children
Strong understanding of child development and early learning frameworks
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A nurturing, proactive, and responsible mindset
Must complete a current FBI or state-specific background check
